How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend removing jewelry when:

  • Showering
  • Applying makeup/lotion
  • Exercising
  • Doing housework
  • Before going to bed 

Please store jewelry in a cool dry place with low humidity to ensure the longevity of your pieces. 

What metals do you use and how do I clean them?

  • GOLD FILL | Gold fill is made by heat and pressure-bonding a layer of 14k gold to a brass core. Gold is naturally very soft, so bonding it to brass adds strength to our designs. The great thing about this process is you will not have to worry about flaking, tarnishing, allergies, or turning your skin green
  • STERLING SILVER | Natural silver does darken with time which can be very beautiful. If  you prefer your silver bright and shiny you can use a polishing cloth to gently buff it clean
Do you make custom designs?

Yes! We currently offer custom designs on necklaces, bracelets, and waist-beads.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed in the order they are received. 

All jewelry orders should ship within 2-3 days of ordering. 

All crystals and gemstones are ready to ship. 

What countries does Divine Rose ship to?

Currently, we only ship inside the United States.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you can’t find your order confirmation email in your inbox, there’s a good chance it may be in your spam or junk mail folder.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your order tracking information and estimated delivery date. 

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only, within two weeks of shipment. All items must be returned in the same quality received. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning items for specific Return Address information. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
